In the age of hundreds of different device types, screen sizes, resolutions, and contextual moments it makes you wish for the days when all you had to worry about was a few web browsers. In order to really connect with your audience, you have to be available on all devices, at all times in all contextual moments. Whether its checking social on your mobile device while riding in a cab, or researching for a school project on your laptop in a library, or watching TV in your living room, or creating a report on your desktop at work… your offering should never be more than a click, a touch, or a gesture away.
It’s not as hard as it sounds. It just requires an understanding of business, people, behaviors, devices, technology in order to create a ubiquitous digital experience strategy. The hard part is the execution and fortunately it’s something I’m very comfortable with.
Although the majority of my clients are in the Fortune 500, I have scaled from small business startups to some of the largest and most complex companies in the world.
